Husband and wife Greg & Jen are passionate foodies that truly care about food provenance, from meeting the farmers to showcasing small producers. Field to fork through and through!
Greg is a butcher and qualified deer DSC3 manager; Jen is chief pie maker, PR, media and website manager and also a deerstalker DSC 1.
With two qualified deer stalkers amongst their fabulous team of butchers and staff, they source and manage local wild venison whilst maintaining forest, flora and fauna to help keep a natural balance in Suffolk’s countryside.
They also showcase local artisans and craftspeople including Bob’s Pallets projects, local honey and beeswax wraps, fine bone China by Laura Jane Fisk, Rafis curry packs, Caseys frozen meals and deserts and Maynards apple juice.
Lavenham Butchers offer a wide selection of Suffolk’s finest local produce in their beautifully laid out shop. With low food miles to using compostable packaging these chaps are forward thinking in educating and promoting ethical eating – Locally sourced, high welfare produce is at the heart of their business.
