Job responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury space, ensuring an exceptional guest journey from arrival through to departure. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing operational excellence with a strong commercial focus and a passion for wellness.
You will inspire and lead a high-performing team of therapists and spa professionals, setting clear standards and delivering consistent personalised service that reflects the hotel’s premium positioning.
Previous experience in luxury spa management, wellness management or hospitality management. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
