Lavenham Blue Vintage Tea Rooms
If You Can Dream it Do It! Lavenham Blue Vintage Tea Rooms is the much loved business and home owned by Amanda Mortimer. Following a life changing illness, in 2016 Amanda took the plunge and followed her dream by converting her beautiful 15th Century timber framed cottage, with magnificent views of The Guildhall into traditional tea rooms.
Vintage China, Glen Miller on the Gramophone, Tea Pots with tea Cosies are the order of the day at Lavenham Blue! There are four generations of Amanda’s family photos on display along with great images and memorabilia of the Lavenham Airfield – a real piece of history.
Amanda & Team Lavenham Blue take great pride and care in every way, every day at Lavenham Blue. Local produce is included wherever possible including Doorstep sandwiches, (with bread from the Bakers three doors down!), Ploughmans, (pork pies & ham from Lavenham Butchers!).
Indulge in Traditional Afternoon Tea – a great way to spend quality time making memories. Our homemade scones are always a firm favourite for a cream tea – warm scones, clotted cream and jam – simply yummy!
