A visit to Posy is a magical experience. Step inside this tiny, gem of a shop to find a little bit of sparkle in the centre of historic Lavenham. Every surface is adorned with unique finds, hand-made items for the home, hand-poured candles and fragrant soaps, pretty cards and gift wraps, tiny toys and beautiful, statement jewellery.
Each item is carefully selected from small independent businesses and features work from over 30 artisans, including original art from the owner herself. Voted the best gift shop in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire by Muddy Stilettos, visitors come to Posy to pick up the perfect gift or treasure for their home.
At the back of the shop, in the garden studio, you’ll find Lienne creating her own beautiful pieces: bright and colourful acrylic paintings and stunning watercolour illustrations. Her artwork is fast becoming the trademark of Lavenham, she created the famous Lavenham map and her illustrations are included on the bags sold throughout the village. As well as creating original artwork for sale in Posy, Lienne also takes commissions from both individuals and businesses.
